    • Services were not performed or were not completed according to checklists.

    • Refunds are only considered if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service and we have been given the opportunity to return and rectify the issue. If, after our re-service, you are still not satisfied, we will assess your request for a refund. Customers who decline our offer to return and resolve the issue and instead request an immediate refund will not be eligible for a refund.

      • A booking cancellation is requested in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (see Terms of Service).
      • We are unable to fulfill your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refund Request Process:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, and we accept EFPTOS{ 2% Surcharge}, Bank Transfer and Cash
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Geelong Car Detailing is not responsible for any damage to vehicles that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions, improper care, or misuse of our services.
  • We will take reasonable care while servicing your vehicle, but we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or defects.

**For Old Cars in poor state , we do not take any resposibility for any kind of damage**. Whether its Poor Inside condition of carpets, mats, plastic  or outside poor paint with minimum clear coating left.
